Will I get 20% off on items that are already on sale?

Yes! You get to enjoy 20% off all items, including items that are already on sale or on reduced-to-clear pricing. Our Products are always at standard RSP (no mark-up like your typical specialty grocers 😉 ), so the VIP𝑒𝒶 discount converts to very real savings for you.

When will I be billed for my membership?

You will be billed monthly at $16.90 per month. You can also opt to prepay for a year for only $180 (works out to only $15 per month).

What if I am traveling and need to pause my subscription?

No problem! You can log in to your personal dashboard and manage your membership. You will have the option to pause or cancel. If you pause an annual plan, we will deactivate your subscription for the time you are away, and reinstate once you are back, giving you the full 12 month VIP𝑒𝒶 experience.

What is the VIP𝑒𝒶 cancellation policy?

Paid members who haven't used their benefits are eligible for up to a full refund of the current membership period.

Can you share memberships?

Yes, your membership is tied to your home address, and you can share it with anyone in the same household!

Can you use the VIP𝑒𝒶 pass to shop in our physical store?

You sure can! Just provide a photo ID and phone number to our retail staff to confirm your membership, and we will apply the members-only discount in-store. In addition, VIP𝑒𝒶𝓈 get 30% off all deli items when they dine-in or take-away.

Can I use the VIP𝑒𝒶 discount to purchase gift vouchers?

No, unfortunately, we cannot allow that as there are strange people in the world who would try to abuse the discounts 😥 But you can and should use the VIP𝑒𝒶 pass to purchase gifts for your friends and family!
