We have over 50 varieties of local & western organic produce, seasonal fresh fruit, and (unique to us) heirloom & organic vegetables from Cameron highlands Malaysia. We also have a selection of pantry staples such as nuts, cereals, dried fruit, and more from our scoop station. On top of that, you can always add any grocery item from our store aisles containing over 500 unique vegan grocery items (additional charges apply).
Will you send me the same things every week?
Only if you want us to! Our concierge will reach out to you 2 days before your delivery day, and you can choose for a done-for-you package (where we will tailor the delivery based on your past preferences), or you can choose what you need and we will do our best to fulfill your order accordingly.
What if I am traveling and need to pause my subscription?
No problem! You can log in to your personal dashboard and manage your subscription. You will have the option to pause, cancel or reschedule your deliveries.
Where and when can I receive deliveries?
You can choose between morning (10 am-12.30 pm) and afternoon slots (2-6 pm) on Mondays to Fridays, and afternoon slots (2-6 pm) on Weekends.
How much groceries does each package contain?
We have tailored our 5 packages for personal sizes all the way to groups of 5. See here for photos showing the contents of each package. Don't worry, you can always change the size of your package if it does not suit you.
Do you cater for special dietary needs?
Yes! You can indicate any special dietary needs or allergies and we will remember not to include any of those items in your grocery delivery.
